Directions:
Stir in one half to 1 tablespoon of the I-O Advanced Nutrition powder into at least 8 oz of your favorite smoothie, juice or water as often as 1-2 times a day.

For a 1 Month Detox Ritual:
Best results can be achieved by starting with a one serving period lasting 7 days, followed by a two servings period for the following 14 days. At the end of 14 days, return to a one serving period for the last 7 days. For long term continuous body health support, use one serving
per day, every day throughout the year*.

Notice: This product should be consumed with at least a full glass of liquid.
